This started happening to me at 12!. I have sleeping disorders cause by schizo-affective!.

your sleeping disorder might be caused by several factors!. you might have insomnia:

Types of Insomnia
Although there are several different degrees of insomnia, about three types of insomnia have been clearly identified: transient, acute, and chronic!.

Transient insomnia lasts from days to weeks!. It can be caused by another disorder, by changes in the sleep environment, by the timing of sleep, or by stress!. Its consequences - sleepiness and impaired psychomotor performance - are similar to those of sleep deprivation!.[5] If this form of insomnia continues to occur from time to time, the insomnia is classified as intermittent!.[citation needed]
Acute insomnia is the inability to consistently sleep well for a period of between three weeks to six months!.[6]
Chronic insomnia lasts from months to years!. It can be caused by another disorder, or it can be a primary disorder!. Its effects can vary according to its causes!. They might include sleepiness, muscular fatigue, and/or mental fatigue; but people with chronic insomnia often show increased alertness!.[5]

Or you might be used to working at night and sleep in the day!. You're body clock might be affected!.

Or you're working in your bed!. some says that if you're bedroom has your computer, books, work-related stuff, and anything that would not make you feel sleepy, you will have problems falling asleep!.

Or have love problem!.

or you are stressed from work, family, and personal problems!.


all you have to do is try determine which is the culprit of your unsleepiness and remove them!. Try to make your room a relaxing and peaceful place to rest!. ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get tired - but not sleepy also!. I just plain don't want to go to sleep, either!. I'd much rather sleep in the daytime!.

I have a very active mind that won't shut down - perhaps this is your problem!.

I sleep when I take Lunesta, but the problem is - I don't want to become dependent on it!. Consequently, I stay awake all night at least 5 out of seven nights!.

Q!? Do you drink coffee or cola after 12 noon!? I do and i'm paying for it!. I'm an addict!. I don't get to sleep 'til around 3 or 4 in the morning!. Luckily, I don't have to get up for work!. What saves me is my body clock insists on my getting 8 hours of sleep, no matter what!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you must have changed your sleeping schedule!. see as kids we were forced into bed at a certain time!.!.and forced up at a certain time!.!.!.after graduation!.!.!.well!.!.!.its all on us!. so if we wanna stay up to 1am n watch tv,we do!. throughing our sleeping cycles off!. then we may eat!.!.!.which keeps us up even longer!.!.!.if you wanna get a better sleeping schedule going,try going to bed a few mins earlier every nite,waking up a bit earlier,and doing something during the day that can make you tired!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you must be either spending time in some activity or just dont follow a time table!. A little discipline helps!.
