How do I get rid of these negative thoughts inside of my head?!


Question: How do I get rid of these negative thoughts inside of my head!?
Answers:
Every time you think something bad you make yourself do something you don't like!. For example, you think something bad and then immediately afterwards you run around the block or you vacuum the floor!. It makes the thought more trouble than its worth!. Eventually you won't consciously think it anymore!. It's an old psychologist trick called "ordeal therapy"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Visualize the exact opposite of the negative thought, kinda like an instant replay, super fast forward, in Positive mode!. Hard, but do-able!.

Dare you to try and visualize in your head, your morning trip to work, all the turns, stops, houses, buildings, roads, resulting in you arriving safely, in 5 seconds!. Fast forward replay!. yeeeHA! what a ride!.

Do the same with negative thoughts, spin them positive, add your own twists!.

OH, and KNOW that you can, because, erm, anyone can, when they try!.!.

Negative thinking is a cyclic, self-reinforcing habit that can lead to deep depression!. A negative thought results in a "down feeling" and that sad state results in more negative thinking etc!.

look into Cognitive Therapy, with books like "the feeling good handbook" etc!.
this is a branch of psychology that deals very effectively with repetitive negative thoughts and behaviors!.
above everything, find someone, pay a professional if need be, to listen!. Talk therapy is invaluable to feeling better!.

Well how did they frist start!. I had a panic attack and started geting thoughts of cutting!. So I told my dad and he kept a close watch!. but the best thing to do is find a hobbie to get your mind off of the thoughts you are having!. And if they continue listen to music or go swimming!. Onw way to clear your mind is meditate, just sit down, and concentrate on breathing, it helps, trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
