Question: Is there anyway to get the positive effects of nicotine without smoking!?
I mean nicotine is actually said to have calming effects and can help out with focus as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are nicotine patches & gum, but nicotine has far more "bad" than "good" effects (e!.g!. is addictive, damage the cells <specially the ones at the lung,>) if you want a focus legal drug, try caffeine which has far less disadvantages than nicotine, also you could just drink any invigorating drinks (like redbull which in top of caffeine it has ginseng which also helps) and for relaxing the best there is available is deep breathing (breathing with the diaphragm <the muscle that separates your abdomen from your chest, basically just try to breath like if you were trying to fill your stomach with air and not your lungs,> if you actually pay attention to babies you will realize that's the way they breath, is later when they grow that they "learn" to breath the way most people does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know where you heard that, but it doesn't sound true to me! Try relaxing in another way that's less harmful to your body!.
Take a bath!.
Walk outside!.
Watch the sunset!.
Listen to music!.
