Getting happy?!


Question: Getting happy!?
i dont know why, but lately ive been constantly depressed!. i don't know why - its nothing like me! my dad has depression, have i inherited it!? heres my story:

this week has been crazy, ill start with me getting a big zit on my face!. i was really upset!. then my ex-bff (who is also one of my neighbors) was outside having a get together with a bunch of her new friends!. i was kind of jealous!. on top of that school is about to end and i don't have that great of grades!. then, this guy i hate, who always is terrible to me, started going out with my ex-bff last night!. i was horrified, and very scared for my friend, because this guy has a terrible rep!. for doing drugs, drinking, and getting suspensions at school :/

then, my sister and i also got in a huge fight over her always taking my stuff without asking!. now my sister is constantly yelling at me and just being plain mean!. my parents are mad at me because of my bad grades, also :(
i just want to know if theres any ways to feel happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know your problems seem very bad and you feel like crap and your parents are bugging you and you feel like no one understands you, and the world isn't being fair or what not!. But this is most definitely mild depression that shows up once in a while in a teens life!. Trust me, I go through times like this myself-maybe more than you!.

Personally, I think the root of depression is:

1) unhealthy foods, especially those that are processed!. You should try to stay away from this crap they call food!. Since they are everywhere in our modern day society this will be a challenge!.

2)Next, you need to mediate-I know its sounds weird but you got to release your stress somehow and i think meditation is a great way (this includes taking deep breaths)!.

3)A lack of sleep can alter your way of thinking by making your brain function at a slower rate and in a different way!. (sorry this is also my opinion and I don't have a source-you can always Google it though)

But your problems are somewhat understandably stressful!. Even for me, who can barley relate in the slightest bit lol!.

Not having unhealthy foods will most definitely get rid of zits!. Also when it comes to appearances, you should not loose self esteem, because (out of expieriance), you'll just get more and more zits and will become uglier and uglier!. Instead try to look at yourself in the mirror and view yourself how others would view you!.
I think you should do your best to be appreciative of what you already have and that will hopefully lessen some jealous feelings your having!.

Your ex bff and her boy friend, I suggest that you tell yourself thankfully i got away from that person or I would have to be pulled in to her crazy life with that drug addict!.

Maybe you can tell your parents that you try really hard and its not your fault that your not smart enough to get such good grades!. And if thats not true and you really haven't been trying, give them the impression that you try by doing work when they are home!. This way when they ask you to do something, they will hear "sorry mom/dad I'm doing my work"!. The year is almost over so this may not work so much now, but try it for next year!. (It works for me-my parents practically tell me to stop working and that I'm working to hard lol)

Well!.!.!. I would reccomend cutting but it's adictive and scars suck, so instead just find a way to relax, listen to death metal really loudly, scream into a pillow, whatever works for you just get rid of that anger!.

When I get stressed I get angry and when I get angry I get sad, this might be what's heppening to you, just do whatever will make you happy; trust me it'll help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try writing, reading a good book, masturbate, sleep, color, draw, read your Bible, talk to God, pray, run, jog, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, watch a funny movie, laugh, hang out with some frineds, go out to eat, buy a new outfit, get your hair done, get a manicure and pedicure, get a boyfriend, and go have some fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hm!.!.!.!.well trust me there are MUCH more BIGGER problems when you get older!.

Tell her ex-bff to screw off!. To her face!.!.that should make you feel better!.

I think your just going through a hard time and its getting you down!. sadly you have to find a way to help yourself cause your the only one who can make yourself better!. I think when alot of this blows over you will feel better!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

you're not depressed;
it's just a lot of bad things of happened and you are reacting to them

spend some time by yourself!. or even just with your best friend!. go shopping!. do something that you always have fun doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont you feel better just letting it all out!?!?!? Decide which problems you actually want to have as your problem and sometimes we have to take some of our issues and let them go Pray to God he hears in the mean time if there is nothing you can do to change the situation then just hold on and you will see things will change!. Do something you enjoy think of five things you are thankful for!. Try to have a new perspective!. relax!!! u r talking as if u r carrying the troubles of the entire world when u r actually not!. Everybody has troubles in life!. That doesnt mean that they all get depressed and worried!. U need to make urself happy!.
The best way to remain happy is to keep smiling!. Every morning when u wake up, look at urself in the mirror nd give urself a wide beautiful smile!. Tell urself that this day is going to be great, u will do a lot of nice things and will not get upset however bad the situation is and will handle the bad situations with a relaxed mind!.
Keep telling urself that u want to be happy!.!.!.then see a tremendous change

After all that bad stuff it might take a few days or so at least to start feeling better!. Bummer!. How about watching a really good funny movie!? I love to watch Americas Funniest Home Videos when Im in a bum mood!. I think it can be hereditary, but most likely not at your age!. Not sure what its rated, but how about going with a friend or someone to go see a movie at the theater!? We just saw What Happens In Vegas and it was HILARIOUS! My Mom was in a really sad mood Tuesday so my sister and I took her to see it for some good ol quality time and it sure did the trick!. Cheered her right up!. I dont know your age, that one may not be appropriate for you, but you get the idea!. Sorry about your ex friend and the jerk!. Sorry to say it, but that is life you just have to learn to try to ignore it!. Have you talked to her about his rep!? Maybe she doesnt know it all!? Hang in there sweetie, it will get better!. Everyone gets zits, you just have to live through them and try another product!. I found Neutragena works best for me!. Check some of the foods you eat, they can cause zits too!. Alot of greasy foods can cause break outs!.
Don't let your Ex-Best Friend upset you with her new friends, go out and cultivate new ones!. Get out and don't mope around the house!. It will just make you more depressed!.
Pray for your friend that she does not get mixed up with drugs and drinking!.
Are your grades so bad because of your depression!? or where they bad before you got depressed!?
Put a smile on your face even if you don't feel like it, it will make you happy!. It works!! Try it!.!.!.!.
Also, think of all the good things in your life, don't focus on the negative things!. Pretty soon you will be on your way to victory!. Good things will start happening to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
