For me (Christian), going to church, actually living a lifestyle that obeys the Bible, and getting saved guarentees a spot in Heaven!.

Many of us deal with phobias of one kind or another!. If it is interfering with everyday functioning and well-being, perhaps you should seek professional help!. On the other hand, it could stop you from risky behavior that could endanger you or others!. Life is a precious gift!. One that should be respected!. However, your phobia could be stopping you from living!.!.!.you know, enjoying life to the full!. Actually, I had a lot of questions about death!. I found satisfying answers by opening this book - the Bible! Sometimes, laughter helps us deal with our phobias or other "serious" mental health issues!.

Yes, it's called "religion"!.
But in all seriousness it's natural to be afraid of death it's an instinct of survival!. It's not as much of a phobia as it is rational thinking don't stress over it, yeah!?
