Get rid of caffiene out of your diet!!
Ask your parents if you can see a doctor about this!. I think you would benefit from a psychiatric assessment!. You sound like you have ADHD or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's probably MES, multiple emotion syndrome!. I have racing thought sometimes too omg will I ask a bunch of questions in my head and answer them!. but i also have outloud conversations too but not with myself!.!.!. but with the room because I like to talk about stuff but not always to a real person, i tell the room my deepest secrets hoping that some invisible lifeform is listening, like angels or ghostsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like manic depression this is when you are ok one minute up then down like a yo-yo!. You do need to see a doctor and talk to them about this as you may need some thearpy for it!. The panic attacks however may be linked to an anti-social disorder as these are not normal behaviour this is why you need professional help!.

Also Nothing wrong with talking to yourself either I do this all the time too and most of the population!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
