You might not get addicted to everything but things that you over due on a regular basis could be a problem!. I am addicted to alcohol, and food, and I have some problems with sex!. I have been sober for many years and am also in a program called over eaters anonymous!. It helps me identify what the matter is!. In other words try and find out what is under the thing you are addicted to!. It takes a lot of work, but most people are not really ready to do the work!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
