Question: Does this mean i have depression!? : (!?
ok, in comparison!.!.!. to the past, my life is actually quite good, i have a better chance at life that i did before, and i feel like im making progress in general, but there is one thing in my mind!.!.!. something that makes me feel bad, its like a shield stoping these improvements from making me happy!.!.!. for example, i started driving and thats something i was deasperate to do, so!.!. that should make me feel great, but it couldnt last long, all it took was o sit down and think, about that main problem i have!.!.!. and i feel bad again!.!.!. im not suicidal, i dont even think about it anymore!.!.!. because i do want to live!.!.!. i just dont want to live like this!.!.!. not exactly, i know what would make me feel truely happy, im just not sure it will ever happen, does that mean i could feel bad forever!?!? does that mean i am depressed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As you said," there is one thing in your mind that makes you unhappy"!.!.!.!.so why not just to get help to overcome this obstacle!. This could be something you feel is not serious but it could be serious enough that it is affecting your daily happiness Work on getting this taken care of and take it from there!. Tell yourself that," where there is a will, there is a way"!. So whatever it is that you want, that you know will make you happy, go for it!. You may not be suffering from severe depression but there is something that is making you not enjoy life, don't just push it aside, fix it and move on to happiness!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think your depressed because (haven't been to doctor) but I'm depressed!. I'm suicidal, have no ambitions, feel worthless all the time, plan out and think about my suicide, don't enjoy riding so much (my BIGGEST and GREATEST passion) I just don't feel up to anything and I get VERY bad mood swings when it kicks in really bad! You've wanted to drive a car maybe because you've always wanted to do it it wasn't what you expected therefor you didn't like it that muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

no it wont stay with u forever,,yet u might feel good and fresh beside ur not a depressed person,,this is that i am feeling right now,i think that after i leave grade 8 and go to grade with different classmates i will feel better!. but i know when i get there i will feeling the same!. well it wont last long,maybe u will forget it when u find ur true love !.!.!.or something like having loads of friends in collage or univercity!.!.ur not happy about somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

u don't sound depressed!. By what ur saying, it sounds like u have alot of thoughts and kno what u want and do not want!. Yay for u to be able to have ur mind in order!. Maybe if u have really good friends, u could let them kno how u feel about things and they could help!. Another idea is to buy a journal or diary, or maybe even write online about how u feel each day!. Hopefully after a while u will feel better because u are letting ur feelings out!. i have the same problem, and no it isnt depression, if it IS the it is mild (which i had) and easily managable and can be treated as anxiety as its very similar at this particular stage!. instead of seeing a doctor straight away i wanted to try and deal with it myself so i bought tablets called "nature kalms" or "kalms", which deal with stress and anxiety!. i personally felt like it helped me enormously and i havent felt the need to see a doctor just yet!. depression tablets can be addictive whereas kalms isnt and although it doesnt cheer me up all the time it definitely helps when i get those moments of feeling totally down and all in all a bit loopy lol i would recommend it 2 u because from reading ur question i understand it utterly and i went through the same problems!. however, there could be one thing holding u back or something u want to achieve, then anxiety is ur only problem and taking action is the best bet along with kalms if u feel it to be neccessary!.

you can get kalms in most places like boots and superdrug and isnt too expensive!. also if u feel like u cant tell ur parents or ur friends they are easily disguised as tablets to help to sleep or just helping u relax (you can get kalms for sleep as well) so if ur not ready to share ur worries as i wasnt and still havent rly then i would recommend kalms - its totally natural, non addictive and extremely helpful

You dont sound like you are "clinically Depressed" but you are unhappy about something, which is normal for everyone!. I dont know what your main issue is you are currently dealing with, but just keep in mind and become more focused on the things you do have and try not to focus on the negative!. Many counsellors, social workers etc would be more than happy to speak with you if this is somthing that is affecting you on a more deeper level so please get in touch with someone if you feel it is something affecting your regular day to day living!.
