Question: Friend has social Phobia !?
my friend has social phobia , he's been skipping classes and school and he's extremely shy , and he thinks nobody likes him and he thinks he's stupid ( he is very bright for his age )
I know the treatments , CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works best to cure his Social Phobia , sadly, there is NO CBT in the middle east , even if there is , I'm low on budget and Psychologists and therapists are expensive here !.
He can only go to a Psychiatrist , but he's 14 , he needs help !. What do you think !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

EFT would be really helpful in this situation!. I know there are practitioners in some areas of the Middle East so do a search to see if you can find one!.
Alternatively, lots of EFT practitioners (including myself) do phone sessions!.
I'm running some anxiety teleseminars which will have some EFT, some CBT and some other techniques in them so that may help as they will be low cost!.
