Question: How do I stop worrying so much!?
I worry about everything!. I think I worry about my family because my brothers best friend's dad died!. I worry too much!. How do i stop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a tough one!. I have a similar problem!. I am so scared of something bad happening to someone I love!. Every night when I go to bed I think we will all die in our sleep from either an earthquake or a fire!. Every time I drive I think I will die in a car accident!. If anyone is late I think they died in a car accident!.
I know all of this stems from my friend accidental taking to many painkillers after she broke her arm and dying, and my other friends daughter being killed in a car accident!. It did not help that her daughter had the same name and age as my daughter!.
But I try to tell myself that I need to enjoy what I have while I have it instead of worrying about losing it!.

Thats same with me!. I worry too much!. I worry about everything!. I already have a panic disorder and worrying about things gives me light attacks!. I am always worried about everyone, every small thing!. I cant help it!. I dont know what to do!. But i just try to keep my thoughts away from things!. You should try it!. It should help you to some extend!. Day dreaming and many thoughts are the reason why we are worried!. Take control of your thoughts!. I know it not that easy as i am going through it already!. Do not want to sound cold or abrubt!. Get involved with something constructive that will add value to your live !. Something tat will keep you occupied and allow for personal growth!. If you have time to worrry about nonsense then you obviously have time to waste!. Picture this!. agree to an age that you think it would be fair to move on(die)!. Say eg 70 years!. Deduct your age and find years left to live!. Now picture a glass container filled with marbles!. Every Saturday morning you wake up brush teeth and then take one marble and throw it in waste bin!. NOW!!! 52 weeks times years left to live = weeks left /Marbles left !. So do not waste your marbles make a list of things you want to do / need to do and just start doing it and also add on to the list!. We are all here in present time so start doing things in present time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax, try to practice yoga, meditation or a martial art to learn to use your energy in a good direction!. Worrying all the time does nothing good for you or your loved ones and it take so much energy out of you!. When you start worrying for one thing, try to realise it and change your focus on somthing positive and happy!.

hunny I am much like yourself!. I constantly worry about my loved ones but the best thing to do is pray!.!.!. I truly believe everything happens for a reason!. Have some faith girl!.!.!.!.Everytime I get overwhelmed or worked up because I am worrying too much I pray & asked god to help calm my soul!.!.!. It seems to work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
please take some time for yourself, do positive things, constant worrying is not helping anyone what is meant to happen it will wit or without you worrying, unfortunately we don't have special powers to help others at any time i don't mean to be rude it is true fact, clear your head see your friends relatives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may have NOS (anxiety disorder) and unless you talk to your doctor about it, the best thing to do is to trick your mind into positive thinking that have nothing to do with your surroundings, and let your positive thinking take over any dark thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
