Omg im so depressed!?!


Question: Omg im so depressed!!?
this is suppose to be my last year of highschool and its gone terribly! (this is Karry by the way)

1!. i got kicked out of my last school
2!. go to a new one and it SUCKS
3!. didnt tell my former crush how i felt before i left (current boyfriend is moving away)
4!. friends are FAKE
5!. parents are over protective
6!. am behind 2 years of highschool cause my boyfriend (at the time) was physically, emotinally abusive and i almost commited suicide!. and i felt so bad i couldnt focus in school!.!.

now i am and im getting all a's but i feel so lonly cause everyone is leaving me and i have alot of regrets!.

and im 17!!

i feel like i have no purpose to live!.!. like whats the point!.!. i feel all alone in this world even though people assume that us twins can never feel that way!.!.!. my sister and I are not that anymore!.!. she HATES me!.!. for some reasonWww@Answer-Health@Com

Okee-dokee, Karry!. First off, you said you're making all "A's" right now!. There's your first reason for fighting on!. Secondly, if your picture (avatar) is any indication of your actual appearance, then you're a very attractive person!. There's another reason to keep on living!.

Karry, life doesn't roll out a red carpet for you!. It's not a big cake-walk, like you see on TV!. I myself have had my own struggles, with family, friends, and life itself!. But I always committed myself to one thing!.!.!. being happy!. I have a great relationship with my family and friends!. But sometimes, it takes work on your part!.

Sometimes, you have to apologize, even when YOU were right!. Sometimes, YOU have to be the one to give the hug!. Don't ever, EVER, resent your parents for being "over-protective"!. They're probably that way because they love you!. Do me a favor!. After reading this, walk from the computer and give your parents a hug and tell them you love them!. That's a start!.

Sweetie, you're NEVER alone!. There's always someone that loves you!. Here's something you can do!.!.!. go tell somebody a joke!. Make them laugh!. Make them smile!. Brighten their day with YOUR attitude!. Then, you've accomplished something!. Everyone, my dear, has WORTH!. And you are no different!. Now, next step, make up with your sister!. My brother is my lifeline!. I love that boy more than anything!. You need to build that relationship with your sister!. Believe me, it'll be worth it!.

Oh wow i felt the exact same way once only im only 14 and i almost commited suicide too!. But im fine now you should talk to someone and if you think that drugs dont work your wrong! because if you are clinically depressed you may have a chemical imbalance that makes you sadder than you are but if you don't want that then i suggest just talking to someone and try to make new friends!.!.!.

Go to the doctors!. Get depresstion medication!. Call the crush and set things right!. Get a tutor to help with the makeup work!. Your parents only care about you and until you can make up all the lost time I doubt they will let you do anything else because they care!. Start going to church or join something active!. You will make friends who can help you and replace the old ones!. Have an intervention with your sister!. haha just you and her and seriously ask her why she hates you!. Remember not to lose the temper!.

im also a twin and my 11th and 12th grade years were awful!. my best friend (not now) did some things and took all my friends away so i was basically alone with no friends!. i mean i was always alone i went to the library during lunch and didnt talk to anyone in class!. i also made straight a's!. all i can say is hang through it!. i know its tough, try finding a hobby, and with ur sister try talking to her, a heart to heart, i wish u the best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

It may well help, and won't hurt, if you tell her about your current problems!. Just ask her to listen for a few minutes, but not reply for some considerable time, (at least an hour) until she has had time to come up with a reasoned response, not just: "Well, it's your own fault!" Write down what you intend to say, and read/memorise, or it might come out wrong!. ======================== ==================== =================== Join mutual interest groups, clubs, associations, sports, gym, & take up classes in yoga, t'ai chi, Pilates, art, self defence, aerobics, creative writing, or ceramics, etc!. Consider volunteering, even from home, at first, as a means of changing your focus from your feelings of loneliness, and will help stop useless introspection!. Sections 38, & 47 at http://www!.ezy-build!.net!.nz/~shaneris refer, and view section 9, about making friends, being popular, and what to talk about, or avoid, in the Wikihow articles!. Approach people with sensible questions, and find out what they're like, and, for example: "What sort of things are you interested in, Obediah!? I like archery, and train spotting, but have recently learned not to combine the two!." Next: "I'm from Argedargedah, in Australia, Obediah, Where are you from, originally!?" (BTW, It's on the map!) On volunteering outside the home, you will come into contact with supportive people, and receive positive feedback for your efforts, which will be obviously appreciated, and it will give added purpose to your life, as well as helping others!. (1!.) Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily: (certified free of mercury) it is best if consumed with an antioxidant, such as an orange, or grapefruit, or their FRESHLY SQUEEZED juice!. If vitamin E is added, it should be certified as being 100% from natural sources, or it may be synthetic: avoid it!.

(2!.) Work up slowly to at least 20 minutes minutes of exercise, daily, or 30 - 60 mns, 5 times weekly!. Too much exercise can cause stress, which isn't wanted when dealing with depression!.

(3!.) Occupational therapy (keeping busy allows little time for unproductive introspection, and keeps mental activity out of less desirable areas of the brain)!.

(5!.) Initially, at least, some form of counselling, preferably either Cognitive Behavio(u)ral Therapy, or Rational Emotive Behavio(u)ral Therapy!.

(7!.) As options, if desired, either a known, effective herbal remedy, such as St!. John's wort, 900 mg (standardised hypericin content) 3 times daily, or supplements, such as SAMe, taken with a vitamin B complex which is certified as being 100% of natural origin, or Inositol (from vitamin and health food stores, some supermarkets, or mail order: view section 55)!.
