What are some peaceful ways to express anger, I want to cut myself.?!


Question: What are some peaceful ways to express anger, I want to cut myself!.!?
I've been storing up rage, hate, anger, misery, sorrow, deep deep sadness, depression, and many many more negative feelings for a long time!.

I'm going to snap pretty hard if i can't find some way to let it all out!.
I really really need to cut myself so i don't hurt anyone!.
Or is there something more peaceful!?
I don't know how many more days or weeks i can hold this in, but not for too long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be the same way dude!. Before I had tried playing sports to relieve the feelings!. I tried basketball, baseball, and swimming!. None of that helped!. But then I started rowing and boxing!. Try it!. I can guarantee it'll work!. If you're unable to do either, write!. Just let it all out on paper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had that same problem when i use to cut myself!.

i ended up doing kickboxing, and when ever i was upset, pissed, or depressed, i'd go to the gym!.!. its another release!.!.

if your mad, and you work out, you think about that and you push yourself!.!.

i would say do the punching bag thing!. you dont want to start cuttin because in some cases you wont be able to stop!. work out a lot!. that helps me!. just do a ton of push ups!. its a great way to loose anger and get a nice body too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard punching bags are really great!. Cutting yourself is not peaceful!. If your skin could talk it would ask "wtf did I do to you!?" Also see a counselor or go to a support group!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
