Could my actions mean im bipolar?!

Question: Could my actions mean im bipolar!?
before i begin, keep in mind that my mom has been diagnosed with bipolar!.

i could be happy all day and then my bf or someone will say something and then i can turn sour and angry in second!.

i can have a day planned out with just me and my bf, or me and a friend and then someone else unexpectedly tags along, and i just turn bitter, angry, annoyed!. basically my mood changes drastically!.

i dont know if this means i could have bipolar, or maybe its just the certain situations im in that make me this way!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say certain situations make you this way!. I could be having a great day, and someone says something that sounds not so nice to my ears, and then I'm annoyed or unhappy all of a sudden!. Or like me and my friends will plan something and other people will end up coming all and then I'm mad because they'd just messed up my perfectly planned out day ya know!. So I do things like that all the time, and just because your mom is Bipolar, doesn't mean you are!. In fact, don't worry about, don't think about it, you're just a normal human being!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you self diagnose yourself with bi-polar or believe the doctors that say you are!.

please do the following!.

Monitor you body intake!.
Monitor the foods and drinks that you consume and track the effect they have on your feelings!.
Try and drink non flourinated water!. This chemical was used in prison water supplies to sedate the population, and the side effects are many!.

Please also consider this, the mind is VERY powerful!. far moreso than we are educated to believe!. You can induce feelings through thought which directly effect the physical!.

Before you start pumping pharmaceuticals into your body, consider all the enviromental effects that our body has to deal with!. we do not live in a pure enviroment, and our body knows this!. The brain is a complex chemical computer, any variance in its normal operating chemistry will effect your personalty!.

Also consider hormones, and what things effect them!. Life is a learning process, no answer is always the right answer as we are led to believe!. Solutions are more difficult to manifest than hope!. People are generally lazy and take pharmaceuticals to easily!. This makes you dependant and ultimately this makes you a slave to the pharmaceuticals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think you are bipolar, b/c to be honest i am the SAME way! i dont know, i just dont like when plans just change on me when i have my heart set on something and out of the blue, blah, not any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been bipolar for 18 years!. It sounds like to me you're just short-tempered!. Being bipolar is more than just getting mad easily or being irritated easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be, bipolar usually involves serious bouts of depression as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm hazarding a guess that it's pretty normal!.!.!.for the most part - changing moods is so very common when younger (not sure how old you are) - hell they're very common as we get older too!. What is sounds like to me is over-sensitivity!.!.!.you 'over react' to something not going your way!. My opinion is that you are giving way too much power to others and how you let them affect you and how you feel!. Trying to find better coping skills is what 'growing up', is all about!.!.!.at any age!.!.!.I've seen adults in their 40's and 50's with similar problems !.!.!.!.simply because they think that they have no control over how they feel and give away their power too easily!.

Self esteem also sounds as if it could be an issue!.!.if you are easily upset!.!.!.the more confident you are in your own skin the less things others do tend to bother you!.

Just my humble opinion!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
