Am i a maniac in the making?!


Question: Am i a maniac in the making!?
i sometimes have very vivid day dreams/thoughts about horrible and terrible things!. like me going on a rampage and killing everyone i can see in gruesome ways!. But if you knew me you'd know i'd never do that in a million years!.!.!.and i wouldnt!. am i a ticking bomb waiting to snap and do a columbine!? im very worried about my sanity, i do have a vivid imagination but it's besides the point really, its the content of these thoughts, some i'm too ashamed to write!.!.!.even on here BUT I WOULD NEVER DO ANY OF IT!!! I DONT GET IT PLEASE HELP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you would never do these things in a million years and you know the things you imagine is wrong you are still sane!. you just have a vivid imagination like you said, so you're going to imagine all different things good or bad now matter how extreme, it shows you have a creative mind and that can be put to a lot of use out there, like writing and comeing up with ideas to solve problems, youre not insane or on the verge of insanity, you are just creative and most likely got brains :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hopefully you're a spiritual person and will understand my point!. The devil works on us in so many ways, whether it be through media, music, television, or movies!.
You're aware of the feelings so seek help!. Talk to someone you trust, a parent, a teacher, a preacher etc!.
I'll pray for you and I suggest you do the same!. We all have crazy thoughts at some point and I'm glad that you don't plan on acting upon them!. But temptation is all around you and if you start letting them get the best of you even in the smallest way, it will eventually not be enough and lead to the horrible things you speak of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've probably heard - you are what you eat!. Physically, the ideal thing would be to eat healthy - to live a healthy, long life!. You have to think about what you're feeding your mind, too!. Are you watching very violent T!.V!. programs, movies - playing violent video games, etc!.!? If so, try feeding your mind some "positive" healthy food, thoughts!. Turn off the T!.V!. - Open the "good" book!. Seek professional help! You may need spiritual help too!.!.!.turn to God!.

Just see a therapist!. Also, there may be a reason you have these daydreams!. In the past,I have had dreams about harming others and me being the villain!. I think the reason I had these dreams was because I was too nice, so I let out all my frustrations with others in my dreams!. Maybe you are doing the same thing and just need to learn to be more assertive and not take crap from others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My brother has the same ordeal!. He has a lot of "What If" thoughts, and he has an imagination that runs wild, but he is very kind hearted, funny, and awesome to be around, would never hurt anyone!. I'm sure you are the same!. Everybody gets wild thoughts occaisionally whether they have nerve to admit it or not, so I commend you for being man enough to say you do!. You're not crazy, just imaginative! But, if these thoughts bother you, try to distract your mind with something else!. For instance, watch a movie, or read a book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Such extreme thoughts suggest that some time in therapy would do you a world of good!. There is something driving your anger!. Figure out what and do something *constructive* about it, and the thoughts should fade!. That process is usually much faster working with an advocate that a good therapist can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thoughts and actions are 2 completely different things!. If you know yourself well, and you know you would never act on any of these thoughts, then leave it as that- just thoughts!.

dude just do something else like workout or draw or write exactly what u see and then make a book out of it "memoirs of a rampage"Www@Answer-Health@Com
