Question: I can't sleep now because!.!. !?
okay, this is going to sound stupid but just bare in mind that i have arachnophobia!. i can't go to sleep because i saw a huge spider earlier in my room and i let him go!. i didn't kill him because i froze up when i saw him!. any tips on how i can get over this and just sleep!? or maybe i need to find him and kill him!. that's the only way i'll sleep like a baby lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

that happened to me once after i read an article on bedbugs!. although i did not see any the thought of them lurking about was very scary ( i don't think im helping)!. ok its a spider!. it probably will not bite!. or crawl up your nose!. :)
just go to sleep its ok!. or yeah go to another room or just go watch tv!. thats what i do!. pretend that your blanket is your save haven and Wrap it really well aroud your whole body like a cuckoon!. (making sure the spider is not in there of course) and then go to sleep, it wont be able to get it!. this works usually in the winter thoug, right now youll probably be scorching hot!. well i am!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
