good on you for seeking help before it really gets out of hand!. self harm is a hard thing to recover from!. the key thing is to keep yourself distracted whenever you get the urge to hurt yourself!. after a while you'll make progress, you'll go days, weeks, months without harming and you'll be proud of that!. you'll want to go longer, and you can! you just have to beat those urges!. there are so many things you can do instead!. just think up and write out an emergency list of things to do when you feel this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your depressed you really should get some proffesional help, you deserve to be happy and enjoy life!. A doctor or psychologist can help you work through your issues, I think that when you are not depressed you wont want to harm yourself!.

It sounds like you really don't want to hurt yourself, remember that you don't want to and draw on the strength that tells you not to do it!.

Its a good idea to keep distracted too!. Please go get some help, you don't deserve to feel so low, you don't need to feel this way and if you get help you you can work on dealing with your problems without self harm!. Don't let the bad things that happen destroy you, you can get through this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Self harm is not a route that you want to go down and the sooner you can stop is the better, though I must advise you that seeking proffessional help is probably the only way out of what's happening in your life at the moment!. Don't be ashamed to ask for help, many people suffer and many have help!. It's harder if you're older and have never had help to ask for it but it is truly worth it!. Hope this is of some help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
