I believe that is a personal decision for the sufferer to decide!. In my opinion, knowing that it is possible to pass down a mental illness to a child, I would not have one!. I have suffered so much over all the years of my life that I could not imagine passing that onto my child!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Didn't Hitler try something like that!? I believe that when society decides who can and who cannot reproduce, the resulting society is sick!. It's easy for you to at first say take away the rights of others, but when they come to take away your rights you will feel different!. I mean, what's lurking in your genome!?
Who determines who is a fit parent!? I'd argue that many with mental disorders (I do not have a disability) are more fit parents than alcoholics, drug addicts, child abusers, absent or neglectful parents, etc!.

They can do chromosome studies and they know the probabilities of passing on a condition!. Then all you can do is let the prospective parents make their choice!. I don't think they'll ever pass a law disallowing people with inheritable diseases to procreate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No,they should not!.That way we would rapidly rid the world of creativity such as music of all kinds,art,literature ,poetry and most of the visual arts!.Philosophy and humour would probably take a big hit too!.
