Question: Out in the middle of nowhere!?
i live in a tiny town a few hrs from!.!.!.!.stuff (sorry for being vague but i'm in a crummy mood and this is how its coming out)
what options do you have when u aren't close to a cousellor!? i'm down as all heck and not sure what to do to get back up and not have someone biiiaching at me or telling me what to do!.!.!.or judging me and am out in the middle of nowhere and no one to talk to!. it doesnt seem as good by messaging!. which is the better option!? talking on msn(or the likes) or talking on the phone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can two groups that might be of interest to you!.

The National Alliance For the Mentally Ill, www!.nami!.org consists of people that are dealing with mental illness in either themselves or someone close to them!. They have support groups throughout the U!.S!. and on line discussion groups!. If you live outside the U!.S!. they can probably link you with similar groups in the country you live in!.

If you're at risk of suicide, I recommend reading an article in Wikipedia!.org on a group called Samaritans!. According to Wikipedia, they were previously called The Samaritans and you can find the article by searching for The Samaritans at wikipedia's site!. They are located in the U!.K!. and Ireland, but according to the article they have an associated group called Befrienders Worldwide!.

According to the article, the primary goal of Samaritans is to provide someone who will listen to you without judgment and they can be reached by email as well as by phone!. I haven't checked this group out yet, and Wikipedia can probably give you a good idea of whether or not you want to make contact with them!.

Another option is to express and explore yourself through Art!. This could include a wide variety of possibilities including writing, computer based art, painting, sculpture, etc!. You don't need formal training to do this, and it's entirely within your control!. There are also various website where you can also post your work!. you should talk to your doctor, yes the medical doctor!. Sometimes they can help you resolve this problem and they are to protect your information by law and ethics!. They usually know where you can go for therapy or if you need tests for health issues that can cause you to feel depressed!.
I live in in the middle of nowhere and I know that there are places to go for counseling and sometime you have to drive far!. Next county or two!.
You might try doing some charity work in town to get out of a crummy mood!. Or if town folk get you in a crummy mood do some charity for someone who needs it!. could help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing beats a real chat!. Sure, you can say anything to an inpersonal message, but you can do that on the phone too, pluss the get the true emotion accross, and back!. With a read message, you are interperationg the meaning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
