Morbid, Sadistic, Rage, Anger help?!

Question: Morbid, Sadistic, Rage, Anger help!?
OK um, I noticed after I got rid of a certain problem, I have been having crucial side-effects!. I have been becoming more morbid to those around me by thinking of them dying in the most sadistic way!. (Knifes being ripped out of someone's throat horizontally) I have been ready to hit the point of rage, where I completely black out and ready to kill anything and everything that comes in my way!.
I try to get help with these things but it seems as if nothing is working for me!. I read my bible, but later on it's back to start!.

People are now noticing how evil I can actually be and now they are getting scared!. I try to show them that I can be a very kind and generous guy, but the first thing that they see about me is what they go by!.

I hate that! Also I noticed that I'm not afraid to speak my mind if I want someone to die or not and actually mean it!.

I'm not some satanic guy either, but I'm actually a Jehovah's Witness!. I just want this to go away, but something always brings it back up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can't deal with it by using one of the techniques, such as counting backwards from 20, to 1, (and prevent yourself from making yourself angry, in the first place) is important to express that anger appropriately, at the time, and to the person who caused it, if possible, or immediately afterwards!. If not, maybe by walking away later, and bellowing your rage!. In some situations, such as work, or school, it might be better to cover your mouth with a cupped hand, bandanna/handkerchief, or use the crook of your elbow, to muffle the sound!. Some people find that it helps to journal those thoughts, and emotions soon afterwards!.

Anger, which is repressed, rather than healthily expressed, tends to fester, and later may cause explosive fits of rage, or depression!. It helps to have someone you can talk to!. For more physically inclined people, a punching bag, or hitting your pillow, can be an effective release mechanism: visualise, as vividly as you can, that you are striking back at the cause of that anger!. "But next time, when you get mad, just remember this quote: 'Those who anger you, conquer you!.' It's basically saying that when you give someone the power to make you mad, or let it get to you, it's like they're controlling you!.

When I realized that, it made me mad, so I try to control my anger and not let people see it!. You can still control your anger without being walked all over!. You just have to draw a line!." Try saying to yourself, in your mind: "I am fire! I am ice!"!. Repeat for as long as it takes for you to calm down sufficiently!. Anger management is addressed in much more detail than can be included here, in section 4, at ezy-build, below!. It is important to deal with a negative internal monologue (self talk), or mental process, such as disturbing thoughts, or images, by the process of (a): recognising it, and (b): challenging it immediately!.

When you notice something negative, such as: "I'm never going to get over this!" or: "Why am I always so pathetic/useless/such a loser!?" or even: "I can't do this/will never get over this!", or a disturbing image, recognise that this is part of the mindset which will hold you back from progressing in your recovery!. Having identified and labelled it, I first visualise a large "STOP!" sign, then I say to myself as forcefully as you can, even aloud in a big voice, if alone: "I know this tactic: GO AWAY FOR A WHILE !!!" You may want to use either: "ruse", "ploy", "game", or "trick", instead of "tactic"!. In the case of an image, visualise a large "STOP" sign, or your preferred version!. Some people go so far as to keep a wide rubber band in their pocket, then put it around their wrist, when they catch themselves backsliding, stretch and release it, as a method of reprogramming their mind sooner, but I don't regard it as being strictly necessary!. Remember to remove it, afterwards, if you use this method!.

Practice one of the relaxation methods in sections 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, daily, at http://www!.ezy-build!.net/!. I get like this too sometimes, & it's a horrible feeling!. I usually do something to get my mind off these thoughts, like drawing, painting, listening to music, or playing with my cats!. If you don't keep your mind busy, these thoughts can be overwhelming!.
Also, meditation helps, close your eyes, breathe deeply through the nose, inhaling slowly, then exhaling & think of a peaceful, happy relaxing place!.
Also, when this happens, remind yourself that you are a miracle from God, you belong to him, & that you are safe, strong & protected!. :) PeAcEWww@Answer-Health@Com

Being non-denominational, Im not one to bash ANYONES religion, however, Ive had friends in the Jehovahs Witness church and Ive even attended a few services from time to time!. One of the things Ive noticed about the church is that they are repressive about allowing children or teens to feel things that are a natural part of being a growing human being!. Thoughts and feelings people experience thru-out childhood and in their teen years are crucial to shaping their morals as an adult!. When you repress that youre just asking for severe consequences!.

My best guess is that you have been repressing alot of your emotions (that are TOTALLY natural to feel btw) for quite some time!. If thats the case then right now, all the things that have been bubbling up inside of you have come to a head!. Children and teens get angry at their parents, teachers, school-mates, and even themselves!. They feel shy, curious about sex and love, and are eager to experience the world in all its wonder and negativity alike!. Most (not all of course) Jehovahs Witnesses do NOT allow their kids to experience or even ACKNOWLEDGE these things!. Not even their birthdays or national holidays!!!!! Which, forgive me, but their is nothing more beautiful than seeing a childs reaction to a big beautiful Christmas tree, or getting what they have been dreaming of for their birthday!. I understand the JW's reasoning behind the birthday scenerio, being as you should celebrate the birth of your child everyday rather than one day of the year!. Denying a child of these things they see other kids enjoying can be hard on them!.

I genuinely believe that everything youre feeling right now is a biproduct of everything you never experienced as a child and teen!. The things you were denied youre 'living it up' all at once so to speak!. Everything from experiences, and emotions!. However, speaking from personal experience, when you 'bust loose' from the strict lifestyle youre accustomed to, you tend to go to the extreme!. Youre feelings right now are normal, but to the MAX! Even though its normal to SOMETIMES think these things, its certainly NOT healthy!

Im glad that you acknowledge the way that youre behaving and feeling is not a good thing, and that will make it easier for you to receive some help for it!. Obviously there are some things youre battling internally, and the way your mind is coping with the problem that you have "gotten over"!.

I suggest seeking a psychologist or a psychiatrist, not a counselor or a member of your church!. My experience with JW's is they are very condemning of 'worldly' things!. I dont think that being critisized will help your situation AT ALL! And counselors are equipped to deal with things like !.!.!.!. "that one time I walked in on my parents having sex"!.!.!. or something like "kissing the school nerd"!.!.!.!. not GENUINE problems, like youre experiencing!. Look around, and find someone youre comfortable with!. Once youve found the Dr!. youre comfortable with, open up to them about your life, the good and the bad, and together I imagine you can come up with a solution to your problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be suffering from a mental illness!. You need to see a doctor!. You don't say how old you are, but sometimes schizophrenia has its onset in the teenage years!. It could be something like that!.

On the other hand it could be demon influence!. You should check through your things and make certain that you don't have anything within your room or your home that could invite evil spirits into your life!. Check through your music, books, video games and get rid of anything having to do with magic, the occult or even anything that is too graphically violent or any of the things Jehovah hates!.

Also watch what you look at!. Are you looking at porn on the net!? Things on TV that are violent or evil in nature!? Remember the mind grows in love for the things it feeds on!.

We had a talk at one of our meetings and it talked about WWI vs now!. In WWI the soldiers had a hard time shooting another human being!. In WWII it was easier!. Soldiers now have no problem with it!. People have been conditioned to violence and anger!. Satan's world is full of it!. The military even trains some of its soldiers with violent video games!.

This talk also spoke about how a surgeon who is an EXCELLENT surgeon was talking about how he would sit down quietly in a room by himself and he would picture himself step by step going through the surgery he is about to perform!. How once he had gone through it in his mind, he was ready to do the real thing!. It is like he did the surgery twice!. Because the mind doesn't know the difference!.

They did an experiment on people who were learning to play basketball!. One group practiced every day with the basketball and a hoop, another group didn't practice at all The third group practiced every day mentally but not physically!. They pictured themselves doing what they needed to make those hoops!.

Of the three groups the one that practiced physically made the most improvement (of course) but the group that practiced mentally did almost as well!. The point of this illustration!? The mind doesn't know the difference!. IF you are playing violent video games you are essentially training your mind to crave violence!. OR if you are looking at porn or some other filth on the net, you are corrupting your mind!.

Put away all these things!. And PLEASE do get to a doctor before you hurt someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
