It sounds like your friend may have anxiety and depression, he really should check with a doctor or psychologist!. When people are feeling down to the extent that he is, there really won't be alot you can do to completely change this, but you can continue to give him love and support!.

His anxiety sounds like a major problem for him, it can act in a cycle that is difficult to break!. Try to get him so seek help, it may be very difficult to admit to his parents how he's feeling but re-assure him that there is no shame in how he is feeling, and he deserves to be happy!. If he does not want to take medication for his issues, he should see a cognitive psychologist or psychologists dealing with mental health!. Hopefully his parents will be supportive of this!.

Is there anyway that you could help him join clubs, or get him to come to social groups!? or introduce him to new friends!. That might help him feel like he is not alone!.

He really should go to get professional advice on what his health issue is, once he's diagnosed then he can get proper treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ask him to go for good long walk and regular exercise!. I think he is a lazy bum and just wants an excuse to sit and brood!.

He is lucky at least you are there!. I am alone and hang on to drugs half the timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Be careful sweetie he sounds a little on the edge!. If he hates himself and other people he may be dangerous!. Bipolar usually comes about when a person (young Men) are under a lot of stress!. Getting his BBA means nothing to him, going to work to pay off college debt and the disappointment of NOT being able to get that job could all be tell signs of something much deeper!. Don't let him bring you down and don't try to help him alone!. Talk with a counselor at his college that may be able to guide him if he doesn't want to see a professional that is!. Perhaps you could contact his parents if he is thinking about killing himself then tell them!. An intelligent person can often go suicidal and then take others down with him so be careful for yourself!. I live in close area to the VA!. Tech students, the 32 men and women didn't have to have died that day cause of one person who felt like your friend does!. Wake up and get help for him before it's to late !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try telling him all the good things hes done in his life, like his bba in uni, maybe if he is a kind or genorous person!.

Try to convince him that it doesnt matter if he gets turned down from a job, it just means its not the right one for him, tell him that some where out there is a job thats perfect for him!.

maybe if he has ever helped you out (even just by being a good friend) you can tell him you appreiciate it and how much it helped

hope one of these work :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
