How do you reduce test anxiety?!


Question: How do you reduce test anxiety!?

Answers:
Dont try and force revision into your head, that makes it worse and it will make you pressure yourself!. Revising for 1 hour then have a nice, tasty snack and sit down and watch tele for 30 mins and then go again, only do this for like 5 hours, dont need to over do it!.

Have a early night before the exam, drink alot and eat bananas because they are both good for exams and getting your brain working!. Before you go to sleep have a nice bath, lots of smellies and all that jazz, and dont think about your exams before u sleep!.
