Question: Question for the Bipolars!?
Hi All,
I've suffered with Bipolar since the age of 17!. I'm now 30 so I've lived with being Bipolar for quite sometime!. I don't feel low today and I don't feel high but I feel "foggy"!. My mind is a bit hazy today!. I'm not sure how I feel exactly!. If you suffer from Bipolar, do you get days like this too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi my wife suffers with bipolar and it helps when there is some sunshine to sit in it maybe for your lunch break or when ever you get the opportunity, there is also a light that imitates the sun we bought this 2 years ago and it really helps, getting back to your question there are days when she finds it hard to cope with her emotions but since getting this light it has greatly reduced the down days, hope this has helped xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
I don't have bi-polar, but I get days like your describing, yesterday was one, I believe it is just a coincidence that they always occur after a heavy night drinking!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
