Answers:
The way you just did it here, explaining that you have taken some of the tests online, is a great way to begin!. The critieria for depression is set and standard, as you probably noticed as you were taking the tests, so as long as you were doing to a reliable site, if you are able to answer yes to a majority of the symptoms and this has been going on for more than a month, you really should talk with a professional!. I am sure your parents will be glad that you let them know before it gets worse!. (For definition, see link)

And if your parents do not believe or trust in psychology, you can also call a mental health clinic or talk to a counselor at your school!. No matter what, do talk to someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first go to your local g!.p he/she will assess you and if need be will refer you to a specialist, tell your parents so that they are aware of your problem!. tell them first of you feel depressed its better that they know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk about it!. You may feel stupid but if you care about yourself you need to tell people when you hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
