Answers:
There's not a SET process!. Everyone is different!. Depending on the situation, don't force someone to talk about what the issue is nor should you pry!. The best thing to do is listen and offer any kind of help you can/are willing to do!. Also, music works wonders as does confronting fears and buried/unresolved issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Something that might be helpful!.!.!.recent research has found that the stages as defined by Kubler-Ross don't really progress in a set order--a person can go from acceptance to shock/denial and back again in one day, and this is totally normal!. It's also been found that grief is often the most intense 4-7 months after someone dies, relents, and then comes back to gitcha around the time of the anniversary of the death!. This can be really hard for people, because as soon as they're feeling a little better, back it comes!. That's life though, I guess!.!.!.or death (little bitta morbid humor there)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
