i hate them! there was one that i deleted that said "shell get u when u least expect it" now im scared out of my wits!! any help bcuz these things are eating me alive!?!? if u can prove to me they are not true and it is thorough enough for me to believe i will automatically give u best answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't beleive them!. You can't beleive everything your hear or read!. If one says that if it stops with you, "bad/evil things will happen" or you'll have bad luck for a year or whatever or something like that!. Ignore it, there's no such thing as "good luck", it just happens!. Luck has nothing to do with it!.
Just like the saying that if you break a mirror, you'll have seven years of bad luck!. Balongy, you already have bad luck without breaking a mirror!.

if chain letters were true, i would have died several times by now (im very much alive obviously), i wouldnt have much luck in love (to the contrary, im engaged and happily planning my wedding), a small child who died in a fire would have come and eaten my face off (i still have my face, quite in tact), and all sorts of other stupid stuff!. none of those are true!.
they are also mathmaticly impossible, because if one of your friends sends you one, odds are you are going to end up sending it to at least one other person that she sent it too, which screws up the rules of some of themWww@Answer-Health@Com

i get those all the time on myspace!. at first i listened to them and reposted but after awhile i got tired of it and stopped and nothing happened!. i was perfectly fine, no one came to kill me or whatever they said would happen if i didnt repost!. seriously there b!.s!. that are started by ppl who have no lives and just want to scare you!. there is really no harm a stupid letter can possibly do to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get those things all the time! I just let them go, cuz if they were real, I'd be dead at least 100 times by now! So just ignore and delete them!. You can help stop the flow!Www@Answer-Health@Com
many times chain letters contain threats because otherwise no one would take them seriously and they would not be able to cheat the system!. It is always best to ignore and dispose of chain letters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you really get scared, then print out the chain letter and burn the paper!.
