What are some good/healthy ways to deal with stress?!


Question: What are some good/healthy ways to deal with stress!?
I have gotten rid of most of my vices/habits that have helped with dealing with stress!.
I have lost 70 pounds when i stopped using food!. I quit smoking two years ago!. My most recent was venturing out and using sex as the stress reliever!. I have now stopped doing that for the past four months!.

I can feel the stress building up and I have no outlet!. I have tried exercise, but that seems to be the only thing I cannot become addicted to!.

take a long drive or walk try to figure out what is stressing you out, or just walk without thinking take in the scenery and enjoy the great out doors!. I like to do this because instead of all the positive ions you get from sitting inside watching TV or one the computer can sometimes make you stressed for no reason!.
