Aphasia is a speech disorder from a trumatic brain injury!.!.!.!.I despretately need to ask a strange question!.!.!.!.!.Does this or any other brain injury caues selective choices!.!.!.!.Such as: will not have sex or get into a relationship because of God but keep asking why do people believe!? And remembers and hears things only pretaining to him;Is this possiable!?They also have an strange sense of choice perfection; No flaws, no promblems he's trust you even if you put him on a lease!.But someone with flaws he makes a temporary home around and treat them poorly!.!.!.!.!.!.Is it me or is there something strange about this illness!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know a lot about aphasia and it is not what you're describing!. My Dad was aphasic for 5 years because of a stroke!. He could not talk, he could make sounds but they were not words!. It's a frustrating thing for all concerned!. Aphasia is not a strange illness!. It sounds like the person you are talking about had a mental disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your first definition of aphasia is correct but the rest of it sounds like it may be a delusional disorder!. I have never heard of the strange paranoia or thinking pertaining to aphasia but i'm not an expert in it either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That doesnt sound like aphasia from a stroke, sounds more like
schizophrenia , unusual thoughts , hearing things , acting one way today and another way tomorrow!.
This person would benefit from an evaluation and medication,
