Answers:
I used to get dizzy with anxiety years ago, and I can sympathise with you!. To prevent the dizziness, you need to stop the anxiety, or reduce it to a manageable level!. Unfortunately, I was not able to do that without meds!. I tried self-help books, tapes, and diet modifications!. Zoloft helped me the most!. When I feel anxious now, I have found that exercise helps!. Whether it is jumping jacks, running, scrubbing floors, or shovelling, it helps!. It helps take your mind off the troubling thoughts, and refocus on something else - even if it is mundane!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many symptoms associated with anxiety!. Dizziness just happens to be one of them!. Because each person has a unique chemical make up, the symptoms and their intensity will vary from person to person!. Stress and anxiety causing dizziness should NOT be considered as a serious problem!. In fact, there are many natural and practical things you can do to eliminate dizziness!. It should, however, motivate you to better understand stress and anxiety and to take proactive action to better manage these in your life, since prolonged stress and anxiety contribute to more serious health conditions if left untreated!. The majority of persons with vague dizziness are just nervous!. This may seem ridiculous at first but a number of good studies have shown this to be true and laboratory tests are almost always negative!. When a vague nondescript headache accompanies dizziness this always indicates anxiety!. Lastly dizziness may be a panic attack equivalent, a kind of agoraphobia, fear of being outside in a public place!. Subjects report severe dizziness often accompanied by other symptoms, palpitation, anxiety, sweating, on leaving the safety of their own home, perhaps in going out in a car or in a supermarket or being out in a public place where they may not be able to get into safety, so that they feel there is no escape, should an episode happen to occur!. This sensation is most often described as dizziness though it is a form of phobia or anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with Bobe 100%!!!!!! This just happened to me last year, and I couldn't understand what was going on!. The doctors couldn't even tell me what the problem was, and the dizziness upset me so bad that I cried out of fear because it was happening several times a day for a month!. I had a C!.A!.T and an M!.R!.I, yet nothing was found!. I felt like I had something unseen, and that I would suffer from this forever, and I was right about the unseen part!. After feeling that this was something I had to obviously figure out on my own, I did!. I realized it had to be a reaction from anxiety, and I got on some medicine for a couple of months, and no more dizziness!. You are not alone, even though you may feel you are!. Trust me! Been there myself recently!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
