How can I cope with being fat?!


Question: How can I cope with being fat!?
Me & my mom fight all the time because she always tells me I put myself down way to much and I bring everyone else down with me!.
I'm 13 years old 5'7-5'8 123-130 pounds, I checked my BMI and I know they say I'm healthy but I swear I look disgusting my fat thighs won't go away!.
My mom said it's just puberty that makes my thighs a bit heavier, but I think she's full of it!. She knows ever since X-Country ended late last October the pounds added on!.
She's taking me to the doctor Wednesday!. She says it isn't normal how much I hate myself!.
And she asked me "why can't you just accept your body how it is" and I always say something like,"Well I would, if!.!."
I'm always telling myself stuff I feel like I can never ever feel pretty, and I swear like no guys like me!. Well some did but now they all hate me cause they think I'm a spazz!.
I am SO not going on anti-depessants!. That's called not dealing with the problem!.
They won't help, I'll only gain weight from them & than feel even shittier!.

okay sweetie look ive read your questions for the past few months straight

youve been saying you dont liek the way you look (the same thing every other teenager os saying to themselves everyday in the mirror whether they admit it or not) you are a human being we all have flaws its up to each person individually on whether or not they are gonan change it!.!.!.

ive always been told there are 2 types of people in this world the ones who actually do somethign to improve there own self esteem (after all no one can do that but you) and those that sit around and grip and moan and complain about somethign

so far youve told us that you dont liek the way you look get over it we have all felt liek that at one point in time in our lifes and gripping about it everyday for 3 months isnt gonna do anything but make it apparent you need help seriously not trying to be funny or anythign you have a warped sense of reality if you think looking like a twig is gonna help anything

im sorry but im about 5'5-5'6 and weigh about 140 and ive had a kid that just turned a year old today and i am perfectly happy with the way i look i look damn good if you ask me thank you much

you are only 13 years old you have the rest of you life that you will be obsessing over your looks when you actually have something to worry about your still in school you shouuldnt be so concerned about what you think you are supposed to look like according to someone else

you should be thinking about what your gonna be doing for weekend and honestly the biggest thing you gotta worry about is finals and school work and having fun

enjoy this time that you have to actually be a kid instead of tryign to grow up so fast your gonna get to where i am now at 26 and look at your life and say dang what happened it went by so fast where did the time go

Hon, a lil clue!.!.!.the average size for an American woman is 16!.
I was a size 14 when I was 13 and I played sports, swam, incessantly!.
Another lil clue!.!.!.t!.v and their skinny women, on commercials and shows, has brainwashed the American public to the point of 'abuse' of those not EVEN fat!!!!

Every girl goes through this!. I'm 24 and still go through this lol!. Just keep your head up and eat healthier that might make you feel better!. I know that helps me out when I eat less rather than pig out all the time!. It even gives you more energy too when you eat healthier!. It's tough at first for about a week but you get used to it and then eventually all that snacking and candy stuff sounds not so good anymore!.

Forget about being fat!. Enjoy your life!. Bring a mental balance to your life and the fat will disappear!. At 13 there is still a possibility that some of the 'baby' fat will go!. Use the tools of your own consciousness (visualization, meditation, affirmation) and start each day looking into the mirror (or not) and saying to yourself - I am a beautiful child of God - and try to believe it!. Then put a protective bubble similar to one blown from a child's soap bubble pipe complete with the rainbow patch around you!. Rainbows are such wonderful colorful symbols of bridges, connection, communication and come complete with a pot of gold (prosperity) at the end!. You have to understand though, it is also puberty that causes weight gain!. Though you may not realize it, puberty can have a major affect on your weight and the shape of your body!. Both girls and boys can expect to gain weight as well as height during puberty!. Hormones released during this time often cause boys to gain muscle and girls to experience an increase in body fat!. These changes are normal but may make you feel like you're overweight, even if you're not!. So you are just going through this, but it will pass, don
