Help me stop my suicidal tendencies.?!


Question: Help me stop my suicidal tendencies!.!?
three years ago (long time) i dressed in all black!. did all the dark crap around the eyes!. i started to think more depressed!. i was a little goth chick!.

then i started just getting worse and dropped the whole "depressed loner look" i quiet the makeup and the clothes i wore sweats everyday!. i hated my life!. i cut both my wrist!. i cut both my legs!. i wanted to end my life!. i was through!.

some how!. how!? i dont truly remember i stopped cutting!. i started to care about how i looked!. i started smiling!. i cant say that now i am not depressed!. but i dont smoke everyday!. i dont give up in school!. i dont cut!.

i hold a b average (yey) instead of an e!. i nicer!. but i starting to feel the way i felt before!. i cant stand being at school!. and home is so horrible!. worse than school!. i cant handle this stuff anymore!. i cry everyday at night for an hour then it takesme another hour to fall asleep because my mind keeps thinking about all the bad stuff that happened to me!.

You have actually done some very positive things in your life to help yourself!. Take credit for that!. It seems you know that you are slowly on the road to getting better!.

My advice to you is to start a journal!. Every day list all the things you are grateful for from that day (beautiful weather, a friend saying hi, music you love, a kindness, etc!.) It can be anything you want, just positive!. Turn yourself and your thoughts toward those positive things!. What you think and what you tell yourself is what your life is!. You have made the decision to improve!. Stay on that course and be patient!. And above all, forgive yourself for not being perfect!. You are a child of God and you are loved!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try talking to your parents if you can!. If not, please talk to a school counselor or another professional who can help you figure out if you have clinical depression or if your current life situation is stressing you out!. Either way, professional help can help get you back on track and allow you to have a much happier outlook on your life!.

You really need to move on from the past, and look forward to the future!. Find supportive friends, join clubs, and get a few hobbies!. Get involved in things that you love, and occupy your time with happiness!. Establish a good relationship with your family!. Have events to look forward to in the future (concerts, birthday parties, college, etc)!. Do not give up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your depressed, something happened, deviasting,!.
Dead in family, fear of yourself, just pry's on your mind!.
Get some help from psychotrist, their great at helping!.

Three Ideas:
1!. See a counselor!. He/she will really help and it's totally confidential!.
2!. Talk to your friends about how you feel!. Better to only talk to a couple really close friends, you don't want rumors to be spread around!. They'll have good suggestions because they know you really well!.
3!. Join a club or sport doing something you love!. It will give you something to look forward to!.

It sounds like a mind over matter thing!. Do whatever you did the last time to knock yourself out of the depression!. If that doesn't work you might need to get on mediation!. But don't be so down on yourself and when you mind starts going at night, think about good things!.

I would suggest talking to a counselor, someone that could talk to you about things in your life and help you to deal with it so you can have a more happy life!. Sorry about your sadness and what ever happened, but remember you are important!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please seek professional help!. It sounds like you have some form of depression!. This is nothing to freak out about or be embarrassed about either!. There are sooooo many people with depression in the world!. You need to get help before you sink down too far!. Good luck and know that you're not alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get some testing for being bi-polar!. there is nothing wrong with having a chemical imbalance!.!.!. its a sickness no more "crazy" then say the stomach flu!. its a problem they have treatment for and think of how free you'll feel not having to feel up for months then down for months!. i am not trying to be rude or insulting!. look into it! you might be glad you did!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well all i can say is mabey your just in a sad time in your life and i would get involved with as much activites as posible tell
