my cousin is deppressed i have been there so i know how she feels she dont talk to anyone and has secrerts but the problem is we think she is now cutting herself she has someone who she is really close to she much older her fitness instructor but i dunno what to do because i am so worried about her as like i said i have been there and i would hate to feel that someone is feeling the same way to me i feel like going back to my old state just so i can feel her pain again and be able to sort it out my way i know its not the way to go but i feel that if i can cant help her then i should join her i have told her im there for her and that i love her and care but shes like im fine but i looked on her yahoo and questions and thats how i found out i thought she was sad but i jaut thought it was her she hates her sister and all her sister wants is to help her but she wont let her help and she is my best friend and my cousin

just make sure she knows she is loved by her family and friends and that you all care for her and make sure her parents are aware of this situation, don't bombard her as she will just freak out and don't join her because that will just make things worse, tell your auntie and uncle- her parents, make sure they understand and they will either help her themselves or get her the help she deserves!. Just concentrate on helping, don't go back to the way you were just because you want to feel her pain for her, because it will not help her at all!.
