When you say you're fine but really you're not!. i thought this summed it up (saw it on the net):

A lot of people would agree with that - me included!.
Saying "I'm fine" is automatic!. Most people ask "how are you!?" because they're polite, not because they care!. Very few people ask because they want a rundown on how you are mentally and physically!.

I say I'm fine all the time!. I feel crazy sometimes! I always think of the worst!. I even had myself convinced that I was gonna start doing drugs again & leave my husband! I feel seriously unhappy no matter what I do!. I'm taking meds but they're for depression!. I have anxiety & depression so the meds make me even more anxios!. I have thoughts of someone breaking in and killing me, I think I'm not gonna make it home from work!.!.!.that I'll die in a wrexk before I get there! I think about what choices I've made & what if this!? & What if that!?!?!? I wanna be happy & just enjoy my wonderful life that I have!.!.!. NOTHING I can think of could be causing this! I have great living conditions, finances, husband & family, job!.!.!.!.but I can't be happy!!!! It sux & I know how putting on a fke smile & saying " im fine" feels!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
