How do you fake an anxiety attack?!


Question: How do you fake an anxiety attack!?
my friends and i are playing a prank on my friend, we came up with a plan that i am going to fake an anxiety attack and then i will ask to go home early from a dinner party and she will take me home, and then a bunch of people will be at my house to wish her a surprise birthday :)
just i dont know how to fake an anxiety attack cause i have never had one or anything

Signs of a panic attack:

-Shaking visibly or inside
-Smothering or shortness of breath sensations
-Dizziness or unsteadiness
-Chills or hot flushes
-Sweating

Basically, you just need to appear afraid, terrified!. The shortness of breath "I can't breath" usually is easiest to fake and has the best effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well coming from somebody who has anxiety attacks at least 2-4 times a week, i would say, well lets see, when i start to panic i usually start breathing really heavy and i pace up and down!. I've never made animal noises of rolled around on the floor!. if I'm panicking its probably because I'm scared so try your hardest to look really really afraid!. ask for some water and say you nee to sit down!. ( when i panic i usually ask for water and need to sit down )!. then i become really fidgety and unable to stay still!. i then go outside and get some fresh air, which in my case usually stops the attack!. you could use this as your excuse to leave

It would be easier to fake severe stomach pain or something!.!.!.!. hold your stomach, lean over!.!. moan and groan!.!. act like you ate something that is messing with you, and ask to be taken home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop, have wide eyes, start gasping for air, put a hand to your chest, kneel and shy away from everyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Curl up in a ball on the ground and breathe in and out really fast!. That's what I've done when I've had anxiety attacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
