How to fix my depression/anxiety?!


Question: How to fix my depression/anxiety!?
I get really depressed and cranky a lot because of depression and anxiety issues!. I sometimes get so depressed I feel like suicide!. I am feeling like that now!. I wanted to know if anyone has any ideas to help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel for you because I used to be in the same situation!. There were times when I feel like the only solution to this crappy life is by ending it!. But then, just think of all the good stuffs that you'll be missing out if you're gone!. Think of all the people who'll be missing you!. This is just a moment of weakness but this will be over soon and by that time, you'll see that what you've gone through made you a stronger person!. I sought professional help before and I recommend you do the same thing also!. It was my only way out!. And trust me, getting over this sick situation gives you the best feeling you can ever imagine!. So just hang in there, ok!? Think positive!.

The only thing that help me when I get depressed is to go outside in the day light do not be in a dark house or just open all the blinds up in your home and let some light in, I also take medication to help control mine, I am taking Valium and it helps me just calm down, keeps alot of my anxiety away then I am able to focus on being depressed,I have never wonted to hurt myself I just feel I am better then that and you are also you have people who care about you and should never wont to hurt yourself or anyone for that matter,I hope you take care of yourself and get out and just be happy!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

REALLY think do u really want to die really ur life couldnt be that bad im sure u have ppl who loves u to death!. Life is to short u know there r ppl out there fighting 4 there life!. I'm pretty sure ur a very wonderful person so please get that out of ur head please!. Try not to focus on it, look for ways to use your mind creatively eg read a book, paint a picture anything that will have your mind think of other things!. Procrastinating is a killer you over think things and worry endlessly!. Take up a new sport or hobby, go for a brisk walk exercise is one of the best ways to handle depressive moods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your routine!. Find something that interests you and occupy yourself with it!. Bring back what makes you laugh and smile!. Keep those feelings in your life as much as you can!. Stray away from societal expectations and be yourself!. You will be more satisfied with the life that is yours than the life that others would have you live!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something!.
Play Xbox 360, draw, learn something, look at porn, beat the **** out of someone, see a psychologist (I wouldn't trust them tho'), eat a pie, do a sport, etc!.
Anything to take your mind off it!.
Or if you can't, then just give into your suicidal feelings!. I doubt you'll get very far with your suicide as I've saw from experience, but if you do, then no more worries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When that "down" mood, along with other symptoms, lasts for more than a couple of weeks, the condition may be clinical depression!. Clinical depression is a serious health problem that affects the total person!. In addition to feelings, it can change behavior, physical health and appearance, academic performance, social activity and the ability to handle everyday decisions and pressures!.
Depression may be caused by negative thoughts, poor circumstances, loss of loved ones, genetic factors, biochemical imbalance in the brain, emptiness in heart, unforgiveness, addictions etc!. Very often, a combination of genetic, psychological, and environmental factors is involved in the onset of a depressive disorder!.
