It's good that you've come to recognize that you have a problem--most, if not all, people struggling with anorexia don't even realize that they're super super skinny and they deny they're anorexic!. But I don't think you're anorexic because you KNOW you have a problem!. Really, my only advice for you is to lose weight the healthy way: eat a well balanced diet and EXERCISE daily!. Not eating as much as you should won't benefit your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am so sorry to hear about the way you feel about yourself!. The 1st thing is to seek help in the form of a counselor to help you cope!. Then if you still feel you need to lose weight seek the help of a nutritionist this way you can lose weight and feel healthy!. I myself have struggled with this!. The disease of needing to be thin comes in all ages and sizes!. I hope you seek the help you need to feel better about yourself!.

Five foot five inches and 150 pounds!? You think you're Anorexic!? I think the diagnosis is you are on a "SEE FOOD" diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well at 150 lbs!. it doesn't sound like ur anorexic!. Eat healthy, not junk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You want to exercise and eat regular healthy meals to stay healthy! Not eating enough actually causes your body to go into starvation mode and it will store fat rather than burn it in fear of when it will obtain its next source of energy!. If you are still afraid of being overweight you need to go about losing it the correct HEALTHY way because not eating won't get you any place except sick!. You really need to talk with your parents and or doctor about your concerns and they can help you get on the right track to staying healthy!. Don't pay too much attention to what others say besides your family, close friends, and most importantly doctor! They are the only ones that are truly on your side, and all others just run their mouths to hurt you, and they aren't worth wasting your time worrying about!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's best to find someone you can talk to about it since it won't be easy to change your opinion of yourself!.

But keep in mind, when you only eat a nibble of food your body says "uh oh, not much food again - better store as much as we can as fat in case we don't get any for a while"!. So really when you think you're going to get skinnier by just nibbling you're actually going to get "softer"!. Not really bigger but the mass you have will be more fat than muscle!.

150 is not fat by any means and if you want to be slimmer the answer is to eat 4-5 small but healthy meals each day - starting with breakfast!. That way your body will eventually get used to the idea that it will always get enough food on a regular basis and it will store less food as fat!. You also need to exercise regularly!. Not necessarily going to the gym, but some form of walking, biking, sports - whatever to keep active!.

Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep!. And watch the soda or Starbucks drinks and stuff too - they can have tons of calories even though people might think "it's just a drink"!.

If you eat right and get some exercise you'll start to have more energy and feel good - and that will help a lot when you're in front of the mirror too!. People who feel good and healthy project a positive vibe that other people notice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
