need more information, there are many mental helaht issues which could result in someone having issues with time!.
Is it lateness!? loss of weeks/months/days from the memory!? not able to recall the persons age!? forgetting the person is an adult/feeling or recalling themselves as a child years younger!?

alzheimers is one of the diseases that can cause the person to think they are living in a different time period!. i have seen some who are afflicted with this disease and they honestly believe that they are small children again!. it could also be dementia!. how old is this person!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
