Help me plz? stress issues?!


Question: Help me plz!? stress issues!?
ok!.
i have a stress problem
a HUGE one
today i told myself that i would organize all my work for finals to study from!. as soon as a thought about it, i got soooo frustruated!
and
when i think about cleaning, i get SOOO frustrated! even when i think about playing outside!
whenever i see someone on TV playing or doing something active, i get lazy and dont want to do anything

I think the problem is you're telling yourself you HAVE to do these things!. Once something becomes an obligation, you're automatically rebelling against it because you're resentful!. Instead of saying I HAVE to organize my work or I HAVE to do something active, remind yourself you don't truly have to do anything!. Instead, tell yourself, I WANT to organize my work for finals because I WANT to do good!. Once it becomes something you want to do, you'll feel more motivated to do it!.

Also, many times we feel overwhelmed with certain tasks because they seem huge in our eyes!. You may look at how much you have to clean and organize and feel like you can't possibly do it all!. Because it seems like such a large task, you don't do it, feeling too overwhelmed with all that has to be done!. Instead of saying I have to organize all my work, say I'm just going to organize my science work!. Or I'm just going to organize my homework assignments!. Once you break it down into smaller pieces, you won't feel so overwhelmed and you'll feel more able to do these things!. Reward yourself after every small task and take breaks!.

Don't allow this to stress you out!. It's not one huge problem you can't get past, it's just many smaller pieces you want to get done!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

chill! pick one small thing that you need to do like put away a basket of folded cloths(1 @ a time!)!. Do it, be proud & notice your acomplishment!. Next, treat yourself with something small(don't get distracted)!. Good!. Now do another piece of the mass that needs to get done!. reward, repeat!. work on something that will get crossed off your list and help you feel like you are making some progress!. If you need to, make a list of everything that you need to do, rank from most to least important, tear off the bottom 2/3 of the list!. NOW, do one thing @ a time and give yourself praise and reward after each one!. Don't look @ everything you have to do @ once, you'll freak out everytime!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop stressing!. I know how you feel, I have anxiety, and yes, it sucks!.When you get stressed, take a deep breath and think about how doing this is going to help you!. Organizing study tools will help you get a good grade, which will lead you into a good college, a better career, and a successful life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
