Do I get enough sleep?????Barely eat..?!


Question: Do I get enough sleep!?!?!?!?!?Barely eat!.!.!?
I stay up every night until midnight or no later then 2 am!.!. I stay up because I cant sleep!. Im always stressed out or worried about something!. I have to get up at 6 in the morning to get ready for school!.!. Am I getting enough sleep!?!? Yes!?No!? Why!?thxs!.!.Any suggestions on how to get a better nights sleep and more sleep!?Plz Help!.!. I dont eat hardly anything either!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Either your sleep pattern is normal for you or your under some stress which is pretty common!. See your doctor and get something to calm your nerves some!. As for your sleep you can do the old school and don't eat any caffeine or sugar items before you go to bed, do alot of exercise to make you tired and have a nice hot cup of decaf tea before you go to bed or you can check with your doctor and get something to start making you tired so you can sleep!.
Plus eat more times a day, smaller little meals, exercise more so you have more of an appetite!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may not feel it, but that probably isn't enough!. Cut back on activities and make more time for yourself, it that's what your stressed about!.

Exercise!. The more physically tired you are, the faster/better you will sleep, and you will eat more to keep up with the burning of the calories!.

No!.!.!. You need to sleep at least 8 hours!. The more you sleep, the better you might feel!.

You need to have some "me" time to get your mind off of some other stuff!.

You can also exercise a little to eat more and sleep better!. The more you'll need energy, the more you might eat and need sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
