Question: Ok let me tell you what happened in the past year!?
8 months ago my mom died who i was so close to, my husbands business flushed i gained 16 lbs, and i drank alot of wine drowning myself in my sorrows, say like started to drink around 11:00 when i wasn't at work until about 7-8p!.m!. is this what caused the weight gain or is it depression!. i'm on cymbalta and also i think i'm just beginning pre menopause!. i've never been so unhappy!. i dont know who to turn to for help!. i've seeked counseling but for some reason i'm truly going downhill!. the only thing thats keeping me going are my children!.i've always been told how goodlooking i was up until now!. when i drink wine it just makes me relax and soothes these problems alittle bit but of course there still there!. i can't get over my mothers death and then i also have my dad to contend with who is not the easiest man to be around!. someone give me some good advice please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sorry that you have been having a rough time!. First of all, alcohol is a depressant so you might want to consider cutting back on the drinking!. If therapy is not helping, maybe consider seeing a different therapist!. Some non-therapy suggestions, would be to find a hobby instead of drinking that you could do to relax and take your mind off of things!. Writing works for me, but there are all sorts of fun things out there that you can do to take your mind off of stress!. Start a blog, blogging is great therapy for a lot of people, you could even write about your Mother and that might help!. Although your feelings are important to deal with right now, try not to focus on the negative!. Don't dwell on what you lost, focus on what you still have!. I am sure your Mom wants you to be happy and live a joyful life, even though she is no longer here!. I know in our economy the financial situation is an added stress, but money is not everything and if you hold on tight, you will make it through!. I hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it is hard but you have to let go of the alcohol and face your grief!. Cymbalta is not going to work very well if you continue to ingest a depressant!. Keep looking for help!. Try not to run from your grief but embrace it!. Your grief, your tears, your memories are a living memorial to what you and your mother had!. They do not need to be ran from!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to detox, and stop the cycle!.
While there, ask the counsellors for a referral to a psychologist!.
Eat properly from the food guide, or follow a diabetics diet!.
You may become one soon already!.
