How do i build up more confidence in myself?!
Question: How do i build up more confidence in myself!?
I am very unconfident when it comes to my work!. Peronalisty/class work/guys/job interviews etc is all great!.!.!. but work!. just omg!. i constantly doubt myself when i am doing something because i made some mistakes before!. i know no one is perfect!. but constntly thinking that what i am doing is wrong and checking my work dozens of times is just frusstrating!. how can i be more confirent in work related matter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just learn from your past mistakes and do your best not to repeat them!. Another point in you favour is that you still have your job!. If they thought you were not doing a good enough job, you wouldn't of lasted this long!. If they have enough confidence in your work to keep you on there, then you should take it as a compliment to your ability to do the job right!. We all get frustrated with ourselves, we are our own worst critics, so don't be so hard on yourself, it will make life allot easier and more enjoyable!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
