Answers:
Well, you're already doing great by pursuing a college degree!. If it's not the course that your parents want you to take, that's ok!. They are living their lives, and it's time for you to live yours!. If you take courses that you don't like in order to please people, it'll come back to get you!. You're the one who will have to deal with the decisions you make, because your parents aren't always going to be here!. What happens when they're gone and you're stuck working in a career that you can't stand!? I know what you mean about the sibling thing!. My brother is doing great, and I really am happy for him!. It's still difficult sometimes to see him doing so well and realize that I don't have anything figured out!. My guess is that no one really has it all figured out; we're all doing the best we can!. Ask yourself: What are the possible benefits of thinking negatively!? Write them down if you need to!. Now ask yourself: What are the benefits of thinking positively!? Write these down, too!. My guess is that you're going to have a lot more listed under "thinking positively"!. Your thoughts quickly become beliefs, and your beliefs form your identity!. Keep it positive! You're on the right track, going to college and doing what you love!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
