What do you do with your rage? How do you release it safely?!


Question: What do you do with your rage!? How do you release it safely!?
My therapist says I am full of rage!. I didnt know what she meant until just very recently when I have been feeling it welling up in me!.

What do you do with yours to get it out SAFELY - I am not talking cutting here I am well over that and I am not talking about violence - not my scene!.

What are some good ways to release the years of it that I have held inside!?

A classic and very refined yoga exercize from the teachings of the late yogi Bhajan!.

stick out your tongue for 21 min
divide you inhale and exhale in 8 little parts
and start breathing through your nose
The pushed out cold air will cool down your tongue and your tongue will cool down your liver and so take away the anger!. Anger is heat!.
So set your alarmclock and start breathing
Please keep up for at least 45 days
after 90 you are saturated!.
You will feel so free!
