Question: Is there a mental illness that causes severe paranoia/fear!?
Not just about one thing, which I know is a phobia!. I mean about a lot of things at once!. Like, always wondering "What if!.!.!.", or blowing things out of proportion -- as in thinking or being afraid of the worst possible situations when they're highly unlikely or impossible!. And being unable to function properly because you're always afraid of something bad happening!. Or the slightest thing striking thoughts of doom/anger/or despair!. And when this happens, I have an episode where I completely freak out, either crying/yelling/or throwing stuff!. I've read that this was similar to Panic Disorder, however, I don't think I've ever had an actual panic attack!. The only thing I've ever had that was similar to one was a fast heart rate and shaking!. A website I read said that symptoms of a panic attack were whole bunch of things like nausea, light headedness, abdominal pain, etc!. So I don't think I've had one of those!. Could it still be a panic disorder!? And if not that, what else could it be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mental disorders present themselves in many different ways for different people!. It sounds like anxiety is your key problem with some underlying things going on too!. Yes, I would see a doctor!. You seem very willing to accept whatever help you may need so a doctors visit wouldnt hurt!. The more you read on the web however, at times the symptoms get magnified!.!.!.so be careful!. Just tell the doc what YOUR symptoms are!.!.not what textbook says it should/should not be!. Good LUckWww@Answer-Health@Com
i cant say dont see a doctor, because based on what you said, you might have a panic disorder, and me being a 15 year old trying to get points, cant help you in any possible way, other than to tell you, see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
