How to improve memory with my symptoms?!
Question: How to improve memory with my symptoms!?
I realized there are alot of postings about memory improvement, but not all of them work for everyone!. So, I think the best way to find the best solution is to list my symptoms!.
1) If I'm in a business meeting, I would be able to understand everything but not able to remember the first topic at the end of the 30-minute meeting!.
2)I have a hard time recalling words, like a descriptions or a place!.
3) I rarely exercise, but if I do go to the gym, I would run for at least 30 minutes!.
4) I just started drinking 10-15 oz of carrot/apple juice everything, hoping that would help!.
5)I have 6-8 hours of sleep everday!.
6)I used to play sudoku and I could finish 4 medium level in 2 hours!.
With all these aside, I'm 26 and working full time!. I'm in desperate need to improve symptom #1 &2!. Any experienced doctors that can help me out, I'd be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For number 1, I always bring a notebook and pen, then I write it down!. At the end of the meeting, I would review my notes!. Memory retention is better if you review your notes within a 24 hour period!.
For number two, maybe try reading more!. Just reading something ejoyable will help your brain workout!. You workout your body, how about your brain!. Reading about twenty minutes a day should keep your brain healthy (I had a friend, an Enlgish major, who told me that)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try taking ginkgo biloba regularly and keep doing mental gymnastics using puzzles involving your memory!. get a physical and discuss this problem with your doctor!.
