There are several stages of hemorrhagic shock!. The average adult has 5 litres of blood, after losing 1!.5 litres they would feel weak, thirsty, anxious and breathing fast!. The loss of 2 litres they are usually dizzy, confused and eventually unconscious!.
Survivors of hemorrhagic shock describe different experiences ranging from fear to calm!.

I'm not buying the "your body would be numb" stuff!. It would hurt tremendously and would be a slow and agonizing death!. I remember reading pathologists' estimates of the time, agony, and lethality of different suicide methods, and wrist slitting was up there with the "high agony" methods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know!. i imagine it would be like most cuts!. it would hurt initially, then your body would kind of numb itself after!. as for actually bleeding out, i would imagine you would start to feel cold, then sleepy and from there it would be just like going to sleep as your brain shut down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very morbid! I'd say initially very painful until blood loss caused you to go into shock!. After that you may feel a lot of pain or none at all!. Every person is different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
