I don't feel much - i could be at a funeral or party and it wouldn't make any difference!. I feel abnormal for being such a rock!. Anyone relate!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I can relate to the point in which you might agree that people (family/friends) always say,"Don't worry it will get better"!. or "You got to be more optimistic" etc!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.If I had a dime everytime I heard that I wouldn't have to work!.I live day to day anymore!.It started years back(feeling like a rock) with reasons of why it all started, which was basically life! Some have it good but most have it bad!. In my 41 years of "LIFE" as I know it i have been cheated on (14 years relationship) I have been lied to (grew up thinking my dad was my dad but he wasn't! Learned when I entered 9th grade that my name surname (last) wasn't what it was and the school had to make it right thus mom telling me why!.)Many other things too and work has dealt me some blows; 11 years at one place making good money then Clinton (Slick Willy) did the NAFTA gig and our plant was downsized and many lost jobs, inculding me!.My new job (6 years now) is beseiged with nepotism and cronyism (long story) and terrible gossip! On a final note, 4 years ago my mom called and left a voice mail (I was @ work) that the investgators had gotten ahold of her to let her know that her other son wanted to see her, other son!? We were a family of 5 Mom and my oldest sister/me/young sister/young brother but out of the 5 of us I was the only one to not know of this other brother that was a few years younger than I, I got over it, we all met during Easter and that was that, he got to mee this real mother and step brother/sisters and headed back to South Carolina to continue his life (Great Guy/Father/husband!.My youngest brother and his wife have formed a good relationship with my "new" brother, whicj is all good!. So much more "surprises" in my life but I won;t bore you anymore but will leave you with this: Things can't get any worse for you they can only get better!!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.!.!.!.!.My last(real) name is Murphy and if you know "Murphy's Law" it fit's my life to a tee!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I can relate!.!.!.especially after the first time I saw someone about my depression!. After talking I felt like there was nothing left of me!. I gave it all away!. It took weeks for me to begin to feel anything again!.
I know that probably isn't what you are going through!.!.but have you seen anyone for depression or anxiety!? I know that some people don't agree with the meds docs hand out but they can really help!.

its probally either you have been hurt so hard nothing matters anymore or you have never been hurt emotionally and nothing bad as ever really happened to you but mayb it is good ur a rock it probally means you can make wise choices and go farWww@Answer-Health@Com
