Is this a form of OCD?!

Question: Is this a form of OCD!?
I have really bad anxiety about strange things!. If I think someone's mad at me or even just not happy, I can't stop asking them "are you mad at me!?" or "What's wrong!?" (etc!.) It's like I cannot stop until I feel like I have made the person happy!. But usually I just end up making them more mad b/c I keep asking, which makes my anxiety worse!. I have what I would consider obsessive thoughts about wondering and worrying about what other people think of me!. Am I just overly self-conscious, or could I be suffering from a mild form of OCD!? What is OCD exactly, just obsessing over thoughts and then having to act on them!? Someone please clarify for me!.!.!.thank you :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sounds like anxiety!.!.!.not OCD, you may have OCD natured thoughts, but it seems the anxiety is the root problem!. If you can't control your thoughts about how people see you, you may want to try meditation, yoga, or even speaking with a Dr!. if it effects your every day life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like to me it's an anxiety disorder which makes you a "bugger" of people!. There are some meds out there that do a supberb job of handling your anxiety and you'll quit being the pain and will feel alot more calm and you'll be able to show your true self and be easy to have friends that way!.
See a doctor and get the help that you need!. Be happy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could just be a mild stress disorder, paranoia, or low self-esteem, just tell yourself that people do like you , and take some time for yourself to relaxWww@Answer-Health@Com

you sound a little paranoid
