If you saw something you didn't want to see, maybe it wasn't your fault you saw it!. Remind yourself that you did not choose to see what you saw!. Maybe it was an accident!. Let yourself off the hook!. Don't let it spoil something later!. Enjoy whatever it is that comes up in spite of what happened!. It is OK!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably cannot "forget it" but you could make yourself doubt what you saw!. Daydream about seeing something other than what you saw!. Think of all the possibilities that whatever it was could have been something else!. Juries and witnesses are convinced every day by slick lawyers that there is a "shadow of a doubt" about someone's guilt with their methods of focusing their attention on something else and making them doubt their own judgment, why not use these techniques for good and not for evil!.

Anyway, just a thought!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How do you see something you did not really see!? Do you mean like a dream or a vision!? Or did you mean you saw something you that really upset you and you want to forget!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that if you really put your mind into believing something you can truly change it!. Just keep telling yourself it was a dream and everything will be ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Impossible, unless you did some hallucinatory crap or unsafe drugs!. If it was, like, a harry potter spoiler, big deal, but i dunno!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep youself busy with other things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
