Serious Anxiety Issues?!


Question: Serious Anxiety Issues!?
I have always had anxiety problems, but recently they have escalated to the point that I can't even buy groceries!. I shake so bad when I am in the checkout line that I either leave my stuff, or put my things up and leave!. I can't help it!.!.!.!.The shaking is so bad there is no way I could check out (trust me)!. I know I need to see a doctor, but my heart races and I shake so bad, the last time I had an appointment, I didn't go!. What can I do so I can at least calm down enough to see a doctor!? I have this issue at work too!.!.!.!.I don't know why it has gotten so bad these past few months!. I have tried all the basic things!.!.!.like take a deep breath, think about something else, etc!. Any other suggestions!? And does anyone know why this has gotten so bad recently!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, hello I am a fellow panic attack sufferer!. I've been to the point you are at and it feel like NO ONE can understand what is going on at all, but trust me when I tell you that you ARE NOT alone!. I really wouldn't be able to tell you why it got so bad now with out knowing what ( if anything ) in your life has changed!. I understand you want to get to a doctor, but you might not even need it to be honest!. Panic attacks are terrible, terrible feelings but with some work you can help yourself get through it!. Now I'm not telling you not to go to a doctor, I'm just telling you that if all that is wrong with you is panic attacks its not 100% needed!. It sounds to me like you have a social disorder of some kind, because you said it happens in stores and at work!. How do you feel when you are at home or not in such a large crowd!? I've heard people come up with many ways to try to get rid of panic attacks!. Some tell you to try to make the attack worse and the harder you try the sooner you will realize that if you want it to be worse it won't be!. Others say to close your eyes and picture a " happy place", some tell you to work your way slowly back into your every day life and see what happens!. The thing is, everyone is different!. There is no sure fire 100% effective thing that I can tell you that will make your attacks stop!. Just because it works for me does not mean it will for you!. If I were you I would try to get out more!. Go for walks if you can!. Very short at first, just down your road for 5 mins and back, then next day 7 mins and back and so on!. Life is short, and it can only be as good as you let it be!. enlist the help of a friend or family member!. someone you can trust to pick you up and make you see a doc!. you really should see one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking a B-Complex vitamin!. It is for your nervous system!. I tried it and it has done wonders for me!. I also have anxiety issues and panic attacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had some anxiety problems years ago I wouldn't want to go out any where alone my heart would start pounding I thought I was going to die so I was so afraid to go anywhere, I would go to work and in my office alone I would start to feel like I would pass out!. It was awful, I would take my kids to the movies and before it started I would tell them we had to leave I couldnt stay there at all and it would come and go in waves there were times I was ok then I would panic again, when I went to see my doctor he said it was stress my son had kidney problems so he assumed I was just stressed out, latter on I was still feeling the same and he finally tested me and found out that my thyroid was not working right I had hypothyroidism which was making me feel crazy once on the medication the symptoms went away but it took so long to find out what it was during those times because I thought it was stress I would do things to make me tired like mow the lawn or work out any thing to take my mind off of the way I was feeling!.
You could have an embalance in your body but you need to see the doctor to find out and if it's nothing then maybe that will help you feel better it could just be stress maybe but you should go see your doctor and find out before it takes over your life and you get more and more not wanting to go out at all!.

Well first of all you can tell me all of this cuz I truly understand !. When I went groceries shopping I had to go in and out and not waist a sscond cuz then I'll start to panic have extremely high anxiety and I defenatly could not go alone either!. And about going to the doctor I felt the exact same way I couldn't go I felt like if I was going to either have a panic attack, faint or if something bad will happen!. But I tell you a tip that helped me to go to the doctor!. I would tell myself that I needed to go cuz that would be the only way I can cure myself with doctors help!. And I don't go alone I took the person I trust with all my heart and stood by my side the entire time and supported me!. I told my doctor all my symptoms and gave me medication!. She gave me prozac 20 mg and now I'm glad I went cuz I feel great now!. And I'm able to go groceries shopping without feeling anxious and alone!. And able to go the doctors nice and calm!. I've been on this medication for 7 months taking one pill a day and feel normal again!. you should try you won't regret it after when you look back and you could actually laugh about the way you thinked and felt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
