Panick Attacks while sleeping?!

Question: Panick Attacks while sleeping!?
I've always had trouble sleeping even as a child!. But in recent months, it has gotten worse!. It not only takes me a long time to fall asleep, but I'll wake up several times during the night panicking, usually about dying!. Could someone please explain to me why this is happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would defenitely talk to my GP about this!. It is possible, that you have sleep apnea, which means, that your airways might be obstructed when you sleep, or you "forget to breathe" for a few seconds, which causes you to wake up in a panic!.

This of course, can cause sleep deprivation, which will make you more prone to being exhausted, and even depressed!. On the other hand, if you are afraid of the possibility of getting another "attack" while you sleep, then it is no wonder, that you have trouble falling asleep!.

It can also be an anxiety attack triggered by a bad dream!. Maybe you have an underlying mental health condition, like depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress syndrome!.

Talk to your doctor as soon as possible, and before you know it, you will sleep like a babe!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
